These courses are available to everyone from young adults to senior citizens. our Personal enrichment courses are stimulating and fun and are offered summner, fall and spring. Classes are offered in-person or online via zoom.

Art History
Marvels at The Met: Topics in 18th and 19th Century - Be guided through the American Wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and peer institutions by knowledgeable art historian, Lois Stainman.
Homer’s Odyssey: More than Men, Monsters, Witches, and Gods
Journey with the wily hero through terrors and wonders as he battles all odds to return to his home and his family.
Passport to Retirement (PASSRET)
The course is designed to give you the tools necessary to make more informed decisions regarding your financial future. The course includes the information you need to develop a retirement plan, determine your sources of retirement income, improve your investment potential, reduce your financial risk, and help you preserve your estate for your heirs.
College Choir (CHOIR)
The Hunter College Choir is a mixed chorus (SATB) of approximately 75-100 singers performing repertoire from all periods, both a cappella and with orchestra. The ensemble is open to members of the NY metropolitan area and all students, staff and faculty at Hunter College. An audition is required, though prior choral experience is not a prerequisite.

We know you can learn to speak Italian, to speak it fluently and with an excellent accent— Parliamo Italiano is the largest and most innovative Italian language school in New York City. Our professional Italian teachers, are native speakers and hold degrees from Italian universities.
Chamber Singers (CHOSING)
Chamber Singers is a group of 16-20 mixed voices performing the repertoire of the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque periods, often performing with the accompaniment of early instruments (recorders and viols). Participation is open to members of the NY metropolitan area and all students, staff and faculty at Hunter College.
